North Peak Power System provides:

• Electrical contracting services
• Solar and electrical system maintenance
• Solar and electrical material supply
• Consultation and subsidy application assistance

All services are subject to availability and compliance with applicable laws and regulations of Himachal Pradesh and India.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse our services or website
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are estimates based on information provided by the customer and site assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and regulatory requirements. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing if there are significant changes in material costs or project scope.

5. Installation and Services

Solar and electrical installations are subject to:

• Customer approval of system design and quotation
• Availability of materials and equipment
• Weather conditions suitable for installation
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Payment terms as per the agreement

Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control including weather, permit delays, and equipment availability.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties as follows:

• Product Warranties: As per manufacturer specifications (typically 25 years for panels, 5-10 years for inverters)
• Workmanship Warranty: 1-2 years on installation work
• Performance Guarantee: As agreed in the installation contract

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by project size and type. Typically, residential installations require: 30% advance payment, 40% at installation completion, and 30% after commissioning and grid connection. Commercial projects may have different payment schedules as mutually agreed. All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule to avoid project delays.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations before material procurement: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations after material procurement: Refund minus material costs and 20% administrative fee
• Cancellations after installation commencement: No refund

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

North Peak Power System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of North Peak Power System and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
